File your annual confirmation statement
Every UK limited liability company is required by law to submit an annual return to Companies House which maintains its registration. If the annual return is not filed by the due date the company risks being removed from the register.
Our filing service will relieve the pressure by reminding you in advance of when the form needs submitting and working with you to ensure the collected information is up to date and accurate.
We will check and amend any out of date information and ensure that the data conforms to regulations. This includes the company and its statutory registered details, information on principal business activities, share capital and transactions, current and former shareholders and directors. To alleviate the pressure on yourself we will submit the completed annual return and legal fees to Companies House.

File dormant accounts
If your company does not trade in the first year, we can file dormant accounts with Companies House on your behalf and liaise with HM Revenue and Customs to confirm the dormant status for Corporation Tax purposes.
Update details of the company or its officers

Provide a company seal
